E-mail System

On your web site, every member (teacher) will have access to their own sports partnership e-mail

This will achieve a number of aims. Firstly, teachers will have to visit the site homepage in order to login to their e-mail on a weekly basis. As you can add new page content, by completing a simple form, you can keep teachers up to date with information you deem to be valid, thus continuing to raise the profile of your partnership.

Secondly, it improves communication, not just for the short term, but for the long term also. The unique way in which we create e-mail addresses for your partnership, means that you will never have to change addresses, just because you get new staff.

Primary Link Teachers receive an e-mail address which starts "plt" followed by the name of their school (eg St Mary's) followed by the name of your partnership (eg London SSP)

This would give the e-mail pltstmarys@londonssp.com

All e-mail addresses are created in this way, School Sports Coordinators are prefixed with "ssco" . So when staff leave, the communication remains constant
