Adding Tasks
This is a function which can only be performed by the PDM and SSCO
The task system gives you complete control over the database users- ie, your partnership members. You can set individual, multiple or all users any task you want. Examples might be for users to add a news articles, to complete 10 pre and post questionnaires, to spend PLT claims online, to add 3 events to the calendar
When you add a task it shows as incomplete on the user/s home screen. You can also view all incomplete tasks for all members, so you can monitor who is using the database.
When the member completes the task, the icon goes to green and the task displays in the PDM completed task screen.
